FIRST WEEK

- Day 2 – Standing Twist you should do 4 rounds at novice’s level
- Day 3 – Alternating Superman – you should perform 4 rounds at novice’s level
- Day 4 – Do some yoga exercises or have a rest. Your body needs to take a rest and use the fourth day to reenergize. Feel free to do yoga because yoga is good for your mental and emotional health.
- Day 5 – Seal Jumping Jacks – you should perform 4 rounds at novice’s level
