Ginger Wrap Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger or ginger powder
- Raw honey
- Olive oil
- Flour
- Napkins
- Adhesive tape
- Gauze
Instructions:
- Combine the honey and flour first
- When fully combined, add the ginger and olive oil
- Mix well!
- Put the mixture on a napkin and wrap gauze around it
- Fix the wrap on your chest, securing with adhesive tape
If you use this wrap on a child, make sure the child holds the wrap for at least three hours. As for adults, it is recommended to hold it overnight. Note that the wrap will cause you to sweat more. It doesn’t cause negative effects whatsoever, but be careful when it comes to children with sensitive skin.
