You can try to follow this simple lemon diet for 7 days and in a short period of time it will become a routine.
Here is the plan:
- First day – fill one glass with warm water at the level to be drinkable. Place some pieces of lemon inside and let it act for couple of minutes. You will be able to finish your morning routines. Drink it up after that. Do the same thing in the afternoon half an hour before your lunch.
